Kavveri Telecom Products Limited is a company registered under Companies Act 1956 vide CIN L85110KA1996PLC019627. The company had changed its name from Kaveri Telecoms Limited to Kavveri Telecom Products Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 19.08.2003 issued by ROC Karnataka.

Kavveri Telecom combines expertise with experience to deliver state-of-art products and solutions spanning the wide spectrum of wireless Telecommunications. The diverse range of products manufactured by Kavveri Telecoms includes Antennas, RF Components, Repeaters, TMA/TMB.

The Company also enjoys the stature of being the largest manufacturer of Antennas & RF products in India. With 30,000 Sq. ft. area of R&D manufacturing infrastructure for design, development & production of Microwave Components, RF products and Antennas, Kavveri Telecoms has the capacity of manufacturing over 1,00,000 high quality Antennas & 10,000 RF products per month.

Headquartered in Bangalore, India, with three well-equipped production plants, Kavveri Telecom is geared to meet all telecom hardware needs of clients across the globe. Kavveri Telecom's esteemed clientele include industry giants such as Ericsson, Motorola, Spice, Airtel, BSNL, ISRO, World Space and Airports Authority of India.

Mr. C. Shivakumar Reddy - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Shivakumar Reddy, the Managing Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, holds a B.Tech (Electronics & Communications) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the telecom industry.

In 1988, he jointly started Kaveri Microwave Components Ltd., in Hyderabad as one of the Promoter Directors, and was instrumental for design, development and marketing of RF products till August 1991. From 1991 to 1996 he served the Chief Executive’s role in Kaveri Microwave Components. In 1996 Kaveri Microwave Components was taken over by Kaveri Telecoms Limited. Mr. C. Shivkumar Reddy continues to be the Chief Executive of the merged entity and is the Managing Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited. He is a visionary and the key motivation factor driving the growth of the company.

Smt. R. H. Kasturi - DIRECTOR (HR and Admin)

Smt. R.H. Kasturi, the Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, holds B.E. (Electronics & Communication) degree from Bangalore University. She started Kaveri Microwave Components in 1991 in Bangalore as proprietary concern.

After Kaveri Microwave Components was taken over by Kaveri Telecoms Limited in 1996, Smt. R. H. Kasturi was appointed as Director.

She is responsible for Human Resources, Administration and Quality Control.

Mr. L. Nicholas - DIRECTOR (R&D)

Mr. L. Nicholas, the Director (R&D) of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, holds B.E. (Electronics & Communication) degree from Bangalore University. Prior to joining Kaveri Telecoms in 1997, he was with the Communication Systems Division of ISRO Satellite Centre, Department of Space, Bangalore for 23 years. During this period he was actively associated with Design, Development, Testing and Qualification of various Onboard Satellite and Ground-based Antennas.

Backed by his vast experience and expertise, he heads Kavveri Telecom Products Limited's R&D division and is responsible for all the design and development activities.

Major contribution at ISRO:

* Responsible for setting up both indoor (Anechoic chamber) and outdoor Antenna test ranges.
* Designed and Developed Beam shaped Antennas for Indian Remote Sensing Satellites to transmit data in S-band and X-band.
* As a Project Manager for Antennas and Passive Systems of Indian Remote Sensing Satellites, IRS-IC and IRS-ID, he was responsible for engineering wave guide plumbing and feed network system at X-band which went onboard for the first time on Indian Remote Sensing Satellite.

Awards:

* “Distinguished Achievement Award” from Department of Space (DOS) for his contribution in India’s first Satellite, ‘ Aryabhatta ‘.

* National Research and Development Corporation’s (NRDC) Independence Day Award in the year 1995 for the design and development of Satellite Hand Held Phone Antenna in UHF/L/S band.

Patent:

* He jointly holds a patent for Triband Satellite Hand Held Phone Antenna (UHF/L/S bands) registered at European Patent Agency. This antenna was developed at ISRO on contract on INMARSAT-U.K.

Technical Publications:

* He has around 16 papers published in both foreign and Indian journals viz., IEEE, European Microwave Conference, Japan Microwave and Space Symposium etc.

Mr. L. R. Venugopal - DIRECTOR

Mr. L.R. Venugopal, an independent Director of Kavveri Telecom Products Limited is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is also a Partner in another reputed Audit Firm, K.V.Narasimhan & Company.

Mr. Shankarnarayan B. S. - INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

He is a Law Graduate and practicing since 1971. He worked as a Law Officer for Canara Bank for 14 Years and headed the Industrial Relations Section as a Credit Manager. He is a legal advisor to several companies like Wipro and 10 Nationalised Banks.

Manufacturing Facilities

Contract Manufacturing

The contract manufacturing facility of the company located Survey Number 4/2, Surajakhanalli Village, Kasabha Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore Rural Dist with a Built up area 8000 sq ft & 1,00,000 sq ft plot owned by the company. The State of art facility to manufacture Antennas and RF components.

Infrastructure Facilities

Environment Chambers:

Climatic chamber (-60 to +120) Dry heat chamber (Ambient to + 150 deg C) Vibration bench, painting shop & fully equipped mechanical workshop.

Anechoic Chamber:

(30 x 14 x14 feet) with Azimuth positioner, fiber glass mast, Polarisation positioner controller.

R & D Center

* R & D center recognized by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
* Currently operating with a 30 member team.

Equipments

* Network Analyser, Spectrum Analyzers, Communication Test Sets, Power Meters, Frequency Counters, Signal Generator, Site Analysers, VSWR Meters, Ericsson TEMS Tool.
